Every baby deserves a strong beginning.
Every parent deserves support.
The first year of your baby's life changes everything.
You're learning your baby's cues while trying to rediscover yourself. You're balancing sleepless nights, new routines, changing relationships, and the pressure to "get parenting right."
For military families, veteran parents, law enforcement officers, and first responders, those challenges can be even greater.
Deployments.
Shift work.
Frequent relocations.
Long hours.
Reintegration after time away.
The invisible weight of serving others while trying to be fully present at home.
No one hands you a roadmap for that.
Elevated Beginnings was created to help.
This six-week therapist-led psychoeducational program provides practical parenting education, evidence-based guidance, and a supportive community designed specifically for parents navigating their baby's first year of life.
Because healthy attachment doesn't happen by accident—it grows through intentional connection.
One Cohort Scholarship Available
At Elevated Horizons Mental Health, we recognize that financial barriers shouldn't prevent parents from accessing quality education and support.
For Cohort 26A, one partial scholarship is available for an eligible participant experiencing financial hardship.
Scholarship applicants must complete the same application as all other participants and indicate their interest during the application process. Scholarships are awarded based on demonstrated need and available funding.
Submission of a scholarship request does not guarantee an award.
Interested? Simply select "Yes" when asked about the scholarship on your application.

Many infant parenting groups are facilitated by nurses, childbirth educators, or parenting coaches.
Elevated Beginnings is led by a Licensed Professional Counselor with specialized expertise in mental health, attachment, emotional development, and caregiver wellness.
That means we don't simply discuss developmental milestones.
We explore the emotional experiences behind parenting and help you build the confidence, resilience, and relationship skills that support your child's lifelong emotional well-being.
You'll learn how your own stress, emotional health, and daily interactions influence your baby's developing brain—and what practical steps you can take to strengthen your connection from the very beginning.
